So, do I lay them out on our garage floor? Do I plane down the old varnish and use it for fire wood?

What can we do with extra hard wood flooring?
So, do I lay them out on our garage floor? Do I plane down the old varnish and use it for fire wood?

Wainscotting?

What about a vertical application, such as creating a feature wall in your garage?

Well, you know that I'll always take them off your hands... the vertical application came to my mind, too. I could see the entire little bathroom up there with the wood going up behind the sink and toilet and onto the ceiling.

And Tyler, you are almost on the same page as Shafraaz. But let's not get too crazy, that flooring is thick stuff and the tiny water closet is a tight fit as is!
I'll let Shafraaz speak for himself, but I think the leftover pile is the real scraps after the loft feature wall is created... on the outside of the bathroom. No other details for now ;-)
Oh, and Tyler, Shafraaz has used a different material (oooh the suspense) as a back-splash in the loft bathroom. At the moment it is more of a wainscotting but may be continued up the wall behind the sink because it kind of looks funny as is.
